Just a few steps from Rocca di Montegrossi’s winery, our Villa San Marcellino offers a breathtaking view over our historic vineyard, the homonymous Vigneto San Marcellino, in the heart of Chianti Classico. The property, further enriched by the presence of a Romanesque church dating back to the year 1000 A.D., has been elegantly restored and refurnished with fine finishes and it is now available to welcome you. The Romanesque church is also available for intimate wedding ceremonies (about 50 guests).

The Villa, originally a farmhouse, accommodates up to 10 guests in five double bedrooms, each with their en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and WiFi throughout

From the garden a stone staircase leads to the entrance of the house, located on the first floor, through a wide loggia. Here you can find three of the five bedrooms, together with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a dining room which may accommodate 10 people seated. The other two bedrooms feature an independent and individual entrance: the cozy guest house by the pool and the gorgeous suite on the west side of the main house. Both have their own kitchenette and private bathroom. The garden is for your exclusive use and will ensure the best privacy.
Here you may have fun at the tennis or football table, relax by the pool overlooking the vineyards or enjoy a glass of wine in the shade of the pergola.
